”Atwebembeire’s early move signals strong organizational readiness and determination to build momentum ahead of the party primaries.
He encouraged other aspiring candidates to engage in peaceful, issue-based campaigns and reiterated his loyalty to the NRM party’s core values of patriotism, democracy, and service.
The Kabale LC5 seat is expected to attract several contenders, making the race a highly competitive one.
