Kabale-Counsel Atwebembeire Wilbroad Rwamunahe Wamushinja has today been officially nominated as a candidate for the position of LC5 Chairperson for Kabale District in the upcoming National Resistance Movement (NRM) party primaries scheduled for July 24, 2025.
Speaking shortly after his nomination, Atwebembeire expressed gratitude to his supporters and reaffirmed his commitment to servant leadership and accountability.
“I pledge to be an accountable leader who will serve the people of Kabale with dedication, transparency, and integrity,” he said.
He called on the people of Kabale District to rally behind his candidacy, noting that unity and collective effort are key to unlocking the district’s development potential.
Atwebembeire emphasized that leadership at the district level must go beyond politics to deliver tangible results in service delivery, infrastructure, education, and health.
“I urge the people of Kabale to choose a leader of integrity—one who will faithfully execute the duties and responsibilities of the office of LC5 Chairperson,” he added.
