In a significant stride toward local leadership, Eng. Julius Buzare Twinomujuni has officially secured the National Resistance Movement (NRM) nomination ticket for the LCV Chairmanship of Rubanda District, positioning him as a key contender in the 2026 general elections.

Accompanied by his wife, Dr. Leticia Twinomujuni, and a delegation of local leaders and supporters, the event reflected both the political and personal significance of his candidacy.
