“I call upon all voters to choose leaders who truly understand your local challenges and are committed to real service delivery.”

The NRM flag bearer pledged to prioritize key areas affecting residents, promising to improve access to clean water, strengthen health services, and enhance education across the county.

“If entrusted with your mandate, I will work tirelessly to ensure every household has access to clean water, better health facilities and improved education services,” Rwabugumi assured supporters.

He emphasized that Rubabo’s progress depends on electing leaders with a clear vision and the ability to drive meaningful transformation.
